How To Get A Lean Ripped Muscular Body?
Hello I’m 5′9 140 pounds and I want to get into shape. I don’t want a big and bulky look, but a lean muscular ripped looked. How much cardio should I do, Tips on workout excercises and how often I should do them? here’s a few picture of the body type I am looking to achieve.

Anyway, I don’t know about exercises to get ripped/shedded/whatever, but I’m following a 40-30-30 diet, and it says that the first part ("fat flush") was developed to help athletes get ripped. It’s very low glycemic, lots of fresh fruits & vegies, lean protein, some whole grains, healthy fats like nuts and oils. The book I use is called The Formula. It was written by sports nutritionists.
