people say u can’t burn fat an build muscle at the same time?
…..but boxers lift weights wich buildes the muscles…an do cardio wich burns the fat off the muscles so they can get ripped am i wrong?….cause thats wat i dobut i’m not saying that wen u do cardio ur both gaing muscles an loosing fat the same time that might be impposile…but wat if u do cardio for fat burning an lift weights for build muscles?
Lifting weights will never put on muscle mass if you are not consuming more calories than you can burn (caloric excess). If you do not eat enough, lifting weights will just strengthen your muscles. Also, most forms of cardio will eat away at muscle mass.
High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) is popular because it completely preserves muscle mass, while burning fat 9 times more effectively than any other form of cardio.
If you do cardio and lift weights, lifting weights will build muscle (only if you are eating enough though), but the cardio will burn away at muscle mass, unless you are doing HIIT, or keeping cardio low intensity.

hi.
Actually it is possible, but it is hard to be achieved.
For example if you use veloergometer for cardio (this is best for cardio I think) you can burn fats, keeping your muscles, even gain some.
If you have lot of protein with every meal you eat and low fats and carbos you can gain muscles.
It is important to combine proper way your cardio and weight training and also eat when and what you need.
This process is a science. You have to study a lot to understand it, but I think only people without knowledge will tell you it is impossible.
I will give you article about veloergometer. It is my favorite.
