Need Help with my Abs anyone with ripped abs please help?

Ive been taking Martial Arts and Boxing and im pretty good at it but i dont think i can handle another punch to the stomach. I have a 6 pack but i want 2 get it more defined and much harder before any tournaments cus the abs are my weak spot and i think all my opponents realize this can any1 give me some advice?

I used to take boxing a couple of years ago. What you need to do is hit the muscles from every angle when exercising. Start with just regular crunches, DONT COUNT, just keep going until you cant go anymore and then go right into sit ups (NO RESTING) and go until you’re about to cry. Then take a 2 minute break, and do leg lifts and hold at the top until it burns. Another, 2 minute break. Now do side crunches, once again dont count and just do it until you can’t go on anymore. Repeat this 2 more times and you should be on your way. This is what I like to call instinctive training.

How Do I Build Muscle Without Getting "Huge"?

How do I build muscle and get "jacked" or "ripped" without blowing up? Think movie star vs. UFC fighter.

It is pretty hard to get "jacked" or "ripped", It often takes at least a year of hard worked.

Important thing is watch what you eat. Make sure your calorie intake is approximately what you burn, that way you won’t gain weight. Once you get to your desired strength/rippedness if you will. Maintain your calorie intake while keep working out.
